| 摘 要： | 木桶理论对战略管理的启示在于两种不同的资源配置理念。本文首先对价值链、价值系统以及新、旧木桶理论进行了简述，接下来结合实践分别探讨了旧木桶理论对实体经营战略以及新木桶理论对虚拟经营战略的启示。

| Abstract: | The enlightenments of pail theory to strategic management rest with the different ideas of resource disposing. This paper first analyzes the implications about value chain, value constellation, new and old pail theory briefly. Next, combines theory with practics, this paper not only probes into the enlightenments of old pail theory to the strategy of physical operating, but also probes into the enlightenments of new pail theory to the strategy of virtual operating. |
