关于热传导过程时间上逆推问题的讨论

热传导过程时间上逆推问题是一个具有现实意义的问题。在冶金轧钢工艺中,按照轧机要求的钢坯温度逆推出钢坯离开轧钢加热炉时的温度,从而,为更加科学合理的制定加热制度以及加热过程的节能提供依据。但是,热传导过程时间上能否逆推在理论上存在分歧,本文从理论上讨论了该问题解的存在性,并证实至少在对流换热条件下,该问题的解是存在的,同时给出一个实例(对流换热条件下一维不稳态导热)来说明该类问题解的存在。

A Discussion on Reverse Problem During Heat Conduction Time

The reverse problem during heat conduction time is a realistic one.In a rolling-steel process,according to the temperature of a billet required by a rolling machine,the temperature of the billet leaving from a rolling steel heat furnace is determined reversely,which can guide the determination of the heat schedule more scientifically and save energy.But the existence of the solution to the reverse problem of heat conduction is debated and the existence of the solution to the problem is discussed in the paper and an example to confirm the existence of the solution is given,which is significant to solve this kind problem.
