| 摘 要： | 计算机故障的分析与排除是计算机机房管理人员或技术人员经常遇到的问题。文章根据多年的计算机维护工作经验，对计算机硬件和软件两方面的故障分析与排除进行了较详细的介绍，对电脑使用者、计算机实验人员有一定帮助。
