| Abstract: | The voltage and current will fluctuate greatly during the electromoter's starting procession,and this fluctuating can cause the wrong alarming tool's on line monitoring and controlling system.This paper,based on a great deal of the experiment data,describes the properties of this problem and introduces the method of dealing with the problem on the properties of Single Chip Microcontroller. |
