| Abstract: | By using optical microstructure(OM), X-ray diffractometer analyses and mechanical properties testing, the abnormal damage of pipe coil in remaining heat boiler has been investigated. The damage is the result of the melting of tube base metal at high temperature caused by the ignition inside the tube. |
