| Abstract: | This paper presents an automatic control method for maintaining the electrical potential below the safe value on oil surface in the oil tank.The polarity and the value of electrical potential is constantly measured and the electrical charge of opposite polarity is timely injected by an automatic control mechanism to control the electrical potential of oil surface. |
