摘    要:用交流阻抗(EIS)技术研究了硫脲和溴化十六烷基吡啶在复配前后对含H2S薄层液膜下16Mn钢的缓蚀行为.结果表明,硫脲和溴化十六烷基吡啶分别都表现出一定的缓蚀效果,复配后具有缓蚀协同效应,存在一个最佳缓蚀浓度极值和一个最佳缓蚀浓度比.对交流阻抗行为进行了解释和讨论。

Abstract:The inhibitive behavior of each sulfourea and cetylpyridinium bromide and their synergistic inhibitive behavior on 16Mn steel under thin electrolyte film with H_2S were investigated by EIS technique. The results showed that sulfourea and cetylpyridinium bromide respectively had an inhibitive effect on corrosion of 16Mn steel under thin electrolyte film with H_2S. Composite inhibitor exhibited synergistic inhibitive effect, but it had an optimum inhibitive concentration and an optimum inhibitive concentration proportion.In addition, EIS behavior was interpreted and discussed.
