卫星遥感资料在湛江港风暴潮漫滩计算中的应用

摘    要:为解决风暴潮漫滩计算缺乏潮间带地形和漫滩资料的困难,提出了基于卫星遥感资料的风暴潮漫滩计算方法:选取不同潮位的高分辨率遥感图像,提取淹水线,将遥感淹水线近似作为等高程线估算潮间带地形,作各遥感淹水线对应时刻的漫滩数值模拟,订正估算的地形,得到潮间带地形资料;将遥感淹水线推算的潮间带地形用于风暴潮模式,作风暴潮漫滩计算,并将遥感淹水线作为漫滩资料,检验计算结果.利用该方法,采用卫星遥感资料作了9615号台风在湛江港风暴潮漫滩的计算和检验.结果表明,数值模拟的漫滩面积与遥感图像误差平均为11.5%,采用该方法进行风暴潮过程的漫滩计算具有实用价值.

Abstract:The lack of to pog raphy in l it toral zone and f looding data makes storm surge f looding calculation dif ficult . A new metho d based on satellite r emote sensing data w as put fo rw ard to reso lve this problem. First ly, the f loo ding l ines were drawn f rom hig h resolut ion satel lite sensing imag es at dif ferent tidal level s in typhoo n or normal w eather. Seco ndly, the topogr aphy in the l it toral zone w as interpolated f rom the remote sensing f looding l ines taken as the conto ur l ines. And the to pog raphy w as cor rected by making f loo ding simulat ion corr espo nding w ith the floo ding lines. Finally , the cor rected topography w as used in the storm surge model to make the f looding simulat ion and the forecast . T he result w as checked up w ith the remote sensing flo oding lines. Based on this method, the 9615 storm surge f looding calculat ion in Zhanjiang harbo r o f China w as made w ith satell ite r emote sensing data. T he arer age error of the f loo ding area betw een the simnlat ion and the satellite remo te sensing image is 11. 5%, w hich indicate that this metho d can be used to calulate the f looding during storm surg e.
