摘    要:本文报导了一种用高效液相色谱法快速测定饮料中苯甲酸,山梨酸和糖精钠的方法。液相色谱系统包括反相柱(键合C_(18)柱)和紫外检测器(波长254nm;衰减:0.08AUFS);流动相采用甲醇/0.02MNH_4A_0(10/90);流速0.8mL/min;样品经过滤后直接进样,PH可在4—10范围内变化。三种组份的分析约需10分钟。苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠的检测限分别是57ng,2.3ng,和92ng;相对标准偏差分别是1.3—1.8%,1.0%和1.8—3.5%;各种商品饮料的回收率在92—107%内。

Abstract:A rapid determinatiou method for Benzoic acid, Sorbic acid and Sacchariu in drinks by HPLC is reporled. The LC system includes a reverse-phase columu (? Bondapak Cl8 column) and an UV detector set at 254 nm and 0.08 AUFS. The mobile phase is methanol/0.02M NH4AC(10/90)at a flow rate of 0.8ml/min. Direct injection of a filtered liquid sample at PH = 4 -10 allowed detectiou of all the three components in about 10 min. Detection limits for Benzoic acid, Sorbic acid and Saccharin were 57ng, 2.3ng and 92ng respectively. Reletive standard deviations were 1.3-1.8%, 1.0% and 1.8-3.5% respectively. Recoveries ranged from 92 to 107% for varieties of commercial drinks.
