| 摘 要： | 分析了高校教师存在的诸多心理问题。认为其心理健康的因素有社会环境、学校现象、自身和家庭的因素。提出了增进高校教师心理健康的对策以利于高校教师的心理健康。

| Abstract: | Some psychological problems of college teachers are analyzed. It is considered mat me iactors that affect the mental health of college teachers are social environment, school environment, oneself and family factors. In order to benefit the mental health of college teacher, some countermeasure are put forward. |
