| Abstract: | The nonstructural gene 5(NS5) of hepatitis C virus(HCV) encodes RNA-dependent RNA polmerase and a phos-phoprotein,which are closely related to the repication,pathogenicity and drug resistance HCV.The progress of molecularbiological research on nonstructural gene NS5 of HCV is reviewed. |
