漆酚缩甲醛钼高聚物的合成与表征

摘    要:由漆酚缩甲醛聚合物(PUF)与四氯氧化钼合成了漆酚缩甲醛钼高聚物(PUFM),并对其进行了表征,料验结果表明:四氯氧化钼用量对PUFM的吸光主工,涂膜物理性能以及贮存期都有直接的影响,PUFM的分子量及其分子量分布宽度均较漆酚缩甲醛合物的大,红外光谱,紫外光谱和荧光光谱等测试结果都证明漆酚缩甲醛聚合物与四氯氧化钼发生了配位和交联反应,PUFM具有很高的热稳定性,PUFM膜具有良好的物理性能和耐化学腐蚀性能,若将PUFM制成漆酚缩甲醛钼黑推光漆,可克服黑推光漆粘度大,干燥慢且需荫房等缺点。

Abstract:The synthetic method, structural characteristic and properties of the urushiol-formaldehyde molybdenum polymer(PUFM), which was obtained by reaction of urushiol-formaldehyde polymer(PUF) and MoOCl 4, was investigated in this paper. The experimental results indicated that the MoOCl 4 amount influenced on PUFM's absorbency, film's physical properties and reserve time. The PUFM has been characterized by GPC, IR, DTA-TG, UV and fluorescence spectrum. The results indicate that the PUFM's molecular weight and molecular weight distributing width are larger than PUF's, coordination reaction and polymerization occur in the process of formation of the PUFM. PUFM possesses high stability to heat. PUFM film has excellent physical properties and chemical corrosion.
