| 摘 要： | 利用转移矩阵方法研究了一维光子晶体的带结构和反射谱特征,并用数值分析进行了仿真。稳定性和反射谱分析表明,晶体出现了带结构。而光子晶体的带结构与它的具体参数有关,只需适当选择这些参数,就可以有效地调节光子晶体的带结构,并按需要得到不同光学性能的光子晶体。

| Abstract: | The band structural and reflective spectrum of the 1-dimension photonic crystal is analyzed by a transfer matrix method and the numerical method.The result shows that a band structure exists in the system and is related to the parameters in the system;provided regulating parameters of the system,the band structure can be adjusted and the photonic crystal with a variable properties can be obtained. |
