| Abstract: | As college students have changed a lot in terms of consciousness, it is necessary for counterfactuals to be applied to class-based teaching for college English. This article interprets what counterfactual is and what language theories the application of counterfactual is based on. Additionally, it points out its feasibility, approaches, effects as well as the problems while it is being applied to class teaching. |
