| Abstract: | Heat shock protein 70(HSP70) is an important member of the heat shock protein family,which plays an essential role in the process of protecting organisms from environmental stresses,tissue trauma as well as pathogen infection.The influences of different hepatectomy on the expression of HSP70 in rats is investigated in this paper,the results show that short interval successive partial hepatectomy(SISPH) elevated the HSP70 expression apparently in comparision to 2/3 partial hepatectomy.Especially the 0-4-8-12 and the 0-36-40-44 hepatectomy,the successive partial hepatectomy in a short interval time have a accumulative effects on HSP70 expression.This work provides basic data for the application of SISPH. |
