摘    要:针对铬酸酐传统生产技术中存在问题,提出电催化制备铬酸酐的绿色新技术.采用三电极恒电流法测定不同反应温度下重铬酸钠电催化合成铬酸酐过程中阳极反应稳态极化曲线,求得电极反应动力学参数.讨论了电流密度、反应温度、电极过电位、工作电压、电催化反应速率之间的关系.表明了活化能曲线极不对称,活化能随过电位升高而增大.

Abstract:To solve the pollution problems in the traditional production process of chromic anhydride,a new green electro-catalysis synthesis technology is studied.The steady-state polarization curves of anode reaction are determined at different temperatures in the electrochemical synthesis process of chromic anhydride from sodium dichromate by use of the tri-electrode galvanostat method.The kinetic parameters of electrode reaction are calculated.It is discussed that the relationship among current density,reaction temperature,electrode overpotential,operating voltage,and electro-catalysis reaction rate.In a low charge transfer coefficient,it is shown that the activation energy curve is extremely asymmetry and the activation energy augmented with the rise of overpotential.
