基于DEA聚类分析方法的企业经营绩效评价

企业的经营绩效一直是经济学关注的焦点,本文以一年中国部分保险公司的相关统计数据为例,应用数据包络分析方法（DEA）,考虑其投入与产出之间的关系,测算企业的规模效率及技术效率,并根据企业的经营效率之间的差异,利用聚类方法将其分类,进而给出改革措施.利用结论分析企业的经营绩效和效率,为企业的可持续发展提供建议及改进方案,供决策部门参考,为金融行业进行效率分析提供分析方法.

DEA Clustering Analysis Method in Evaluation of the Performance of the Firm

The business performance is the focus of economics.Taking the example of the relevant statistical data of some Chinese insurers in one year,Data Envelopment Analysis（DEA） is used to consider the relationship between input and output,to calculate the size efficiency and technical efficiency of the firm,to classify it by clustering method,and then give reformatory measures.Our result analyzes performance and efficiency of the companies,and not only give the proposal of sustainable development and recommendations to improve the program for the companies,as reference for decision-making departments,but also provide the method of analysis for the efficiency analysis of other financial industries.
