压气机旋转失速数值模拟和流动显示

摘    要:在压气机气动设计中,目前正大力开展的新技术是采用主动控制技术来提高压气飞机的旋转失速裕度;利用涡雾法对叶轮机叶栅流动进行数值模拟和计算机实时流动显示,从而揭示旋转失速的产生、发展和传播的机理和规律,为研究采用主动控制技术提高旋转失速裕度提供理论依据和指导,数值实验表明这种方法可模拟出旋转失速的产生、发展和传播的整个过程,并可正确地计算出旋转失速的传播速度。

Abstract:A numerical simulation system for axial flow turbomachine cascades flows by the vortex cloud modelling is developed. Animated flow pattern shows are made from the simulation results which proved to be a very powerful tool for the analysis of the flow phenomena in the flow field. The results show that this system is satisfactory in predicting the stall cell inception and propagation process and has revealed some special flow phenomena. It is hopeful that this analytic system may give some theoretic guidance to the active control techniques for the improvement of the compressor stall margin.
