| 摘 要： | 文山学院职业技能培训站建设定位为服务于学院应用型专业应用性人才培养,具有导向、保障、沟通、实训、就业能力开发五大功能。目前,历史定位、运行方式、经费、内部管理等因素制约了培训站的发展,因此,文章提出＂以站养站＂等具体策略以推动培训站的发展。

| Abstract: | The professional skills training station of Wenshan university orients to training applied talents with five functions of direction,guarantee,communication,practice and developing employability.At present,its history position,running methods,funds and internal management factors etc limit its development,so the paper proposes ＂developing independently＂ concrete strategies to promote the station＇s development. |
