摘    要:高校教师作为文化知识的传播者、科学研究的生力军、学生身心发展的引路人,其在教育教学工作中的作用举足轻重,高校要培养出真正有"内涵"的大学生,与高校师资队伍建设关系重大。然而,新建本科院校的师资队伍建设往往存在很多问题。文章就云南新建本科院校师资队伍建设存在的问题及成因,试析边疆民族地区新建本科院校师资队伍的建设与发展。

Abstract:The higher school teacher,as the disseminator of culture and knowledge,the new force of scientific research,the leading man of the development of students' body and mind,plays an important role in the cause of education and teaching work.To cultivate students with high quality has the close relationship with the construction of teacher teams in higher school.However,the newly founded universities often have many problems in the construction of teachers teams.This article points out the problems and the causes of the construction of teachers teams in Yunnan's newly-founded universities,trying to analyze the construction and development of the newly-founded universities' teachers teams in border and minority regions.
