| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查并结合访谈分析研究云南边疆高校毕业生的就业压力特点。结果显示：云南边疆高校毕业生就业压力总体处于中等水平，接近90％的被试就业压力水平处于中高程度。大学毕业生就业压力得分有显著的性别差异；大学毕业班学生就业压力总分在专业、家庭月收入、学历上无显著差异，但在部分因子上有显著差异；在民族和生源上无显著差异。
