计算子空间载荷响应的一种改进方法

摘    要:多台不同转速的压缩机同时在一个管系的不同位置工作时,由于流体脉动产生的激振力属于子空间载荷类型。本文介绍一种求这类子空间载荷响应的改进方法,它是Wilson(1982)思想的推广;同时由于采用单个向量迭代的方式,所以比Pnild(1985)方法的计算工作量少,并便于编制程序。文中导出了它的基本计算公式,并进行了精度分析和给出了实用的载断准则,文后分析了一个实例。

Abstract:When some compressor sets with different rotation speeds work at several positions in a piping system, exciting forces of subspace load will be produced because of fluid pulsatins. In this paper an improved method which is a generalization of the RDS method , --is presented for computing the structural responses excited by this kind of subspace load. Compared with a methed given in the computation losts of the new method are reduced and algorithm is easy to program a it uses single-vec- tor iteration. The basic compution formulae of the algorithm and practical truncated criterion are giv- en, and the accuracy of the new method is analysed. Finally, a practical numerical example is com- puted and analysed
