唐钢大角钢开裂的成因及对策

摘    要:从铸坯中夹杂物含量、浸入式水口品质、结晶器内流场、保护渣的影响等方面分析了大角钢开裂的成因,并提出减少钢中夹杂物、浸入式水口由圆形截面改为椭圆形截面、浇Mn钢时避免用Si质水口、减少结晶器液面波动、提高保护渣质量等措施,取得了明显效果。

Abstract:In this paper the cause of the crack in angle iron is analyzed in view of the content of inclusion, qualityof submerged nozzle, flow field in the mold, flux etc. The methods were suggested to reduce inclusion, to changethe section of submerged nozzle from roundness to ellipse, to avoid using silica nozzle in casting manganese steel, toreduce fluid surface fluctuate in mold, so as to improve the quality of flux. Then satisfactory results were obtained.
