| 摘 要： | 生态与经济协调发展是可持续发展模式的核心，是珠江上游地区走新型工业化道路的内在要求。为了保证珠江上游地区生态与经济协调发展能够持久地进行下去，需要构建该地区生态与经济协调发展的机制。构建珠江上游地区生态与经济协调发展机制要以生态文明观为理论基础，分析和总结该地区生态与经济协调发展中的实践经验，从协调发展机制中各种要素之间的内在联系入手，建立生态与经济综合决策机制、运行机制、保障机制。
