| 摘 要： | 目的：研究白族药西归中多糖的提取和含量测定方法。方法：采用单因素试验对多糖的提取条件进行选择,采用硫酸-苯酚法测定多糖的含量,显色后检测波长为492nm。结果：西归多糖的最佳提取条件为100℃,料液比为1∶30,提取时间3h,提取次数3次。标准曲线方程Y=10.691X-0.082 9,r=0.999 1,葡萄糖含量在10～60μg/ml范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为99.64%,RSD为0.83%（n=9）。结论：最佳提取条件得率高,测定方法准确,为西归药材的质量控制提供了一个定量方法和参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine polysaccharide and investigate the means of abstraction in Vicatia thibetica de Boiss.Methods: The content of polysaccharide was determined by Absorption Spectrometry;the method was phenol-sulfuric,and the wavelength was 492.00 nm.Results: The standard curve for glucose showed good linear correlation within the concentration range of 0.83%(n=9).The total glucose content was 202.05 mg/g,160.08 mg/g,170.67 mg/g in the three samples.Conclusion: The quantitative method is simple,rapid an... |
