| 摘 要： | 本文采用阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠与庆大霉素形成非常稳定的乳浊液，进行比浊光度，操作简便，方法快速，结果准确，可满意地用于硫酸庆大霉素注射液含量的监测。７次平行实验的变异系数为３．４％，６～４０ｕ／ｍｌ庆大霉素与浊度呈线性关系

| Abstract: | Sodium salt of dodecylbenzene sulfanic acid reacts with gentamycin to form extremely stable turbid solution, therefore the concentration of gentamycin can be accurately determined by turbidimetry. This method is convienient to operate, and can be satisfactorily used to determine the content of gentamycin of its injection products. Among seven separate determinations, the relative standard deviation is 3.4%. Good linear relationship between turbidity and concentration of gentamycin(6～40u/ml) was observed. |
