盐液萃取提纯乙酸乙酯研究

利用盐效应改变乙酸乙酯—乙醇—水三元体系组分的互溶度．研究了盐种类、盐浓度、温度、醇浓度、萃取比及萃取方式等因素对体系互溶度的影响，用Ｍ２盐饱和溶液、萃取比０．９，经三级逆流萃取后，酯样酯浓度从８６．５４％提高到９７．５％，水含量从５．７７％降至０．５％左右．酯化反应塔用萃取后的酯相回流，回流比比现行工艺降低约５０％．

Purification Study of Ethyl Acetate by Using Salt Liquid Extraction

The mutual sotubility of ethyl acetate -ethyl alcohol-water ternary system is changed by self effect. The effect of sorts of salt ,salt concentration,temperature, ethyl alcohol concentration, extraction ratio, extraction way on mutual solubility has been studied. On condition of M 2 Salt saturation liquid ,0 9 extraction ratio ,three stage countercurrent flow extraction, the ethyl acetate concentration of the sample is raised from 86.54% to 97.50% and the water concentration of the sample is reduced from 5,77% to 0.5% .By using the ester phase reflux which have been extracted, the reflux ratio of the ester reaction tower is 50% lower than that of the traditional technology.
