| 摘 要： | 研究了以甲苯作溶剂,DMF作助溶剂,对甲苯磺酸二甲铵盐作催化剂,5 氨基 3 氰基 1 (2,6 二氯 4 三氟甲基 苯基)吡唑与三氟甲基亚磺酸钠、氯化亚砜直接反应合成锐劲特的路线,收率为58%,液相色谱纯度为99%。报道了中间体三氟甲基亚磺酸钠和对甲苯磺酸二甲铵盐的合成方法,收率分别为88%和80%。

| Abstract: | The one-step preparation of Fipronil using 5-amino-3-cyano-1-(2,6-dichloro 4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)pyrazole as the starting material was studied;the yield was 69% and the purity of product was 99% by LC. The synthesis of 2 intermediates(Sodium trifluoromethanesulfinate and N, N-dimethyl-p-toluenesulfonamide) was also described with the yields of 88% and 80% respectively. |
