网络教学资源自组织构建方法探索

在互联网技术发展突飞猛进的当今社会,网络资源的应用已逐渐进入到了教学领域。在网络教学资源建设方面,国内的许多高校已经取得了长足的进步,然而问题也是显而易见的,比如资源缺乏针对性和实用性,资源更新缓慢等,致使师生的教学要求无法得到有效的满足,原因是一直以来教学资源的建设都是以教师为主导的。为此,我们将自组织理论引入到网络教学资源的构建当中,提出一种网络教学资源自组织构建方案,以期能够将教学资源匮乏的问题予以解决。

Exploration of the Self-organization Structure Method of the Network Teaching Resources

In today＇s society with the internet technology development by leaps and bounds, the application of network resources has been gradually into the teaching field. In terms of network teaching resource construction, the domestic many colleges and universities have made great progress, but the problem is obvious, such as resourees are laek of pertinence and practicability, resource update is slow, causes the teaching requirements of teachers and students cannot be effectively met, the reason is that the construction of teaching resources have been led by teachers. To this end, we will introduce the self- organization theory into the construction of network teaching resources, put forward to constructing a kind of self-organizing network teaching resources in order to solve the lack of teaching resources.
