磁化水处理器在武钢循环冷却水系统中的应用

摘    要:针对稳定剂三聚磷酸钠处理武钢循环冷却水对环境产生污染的问题,比较了离子交换法、化学投药法、化学清洗法及磁化法的特性、投资及其运行费用,选用磁化水处理器处理武钢循环冷却水,以降低水环境污染、节约用水。

Abstract:In light of the environmental pollution in WISCO caused by circulation cooling water treated by sodium tripolyphosphate,this paper compares and contrasts the specialties,investment and operation fares between four water treatments: ion exchange method,chemical medicament,chemical cleaning,and magnetized water method.It concludes that the application of magnetized water processor to WISCO cooling water treatment can reduce water pollution and save water.
