| 摘 要： | 农村税费改革是我国政府采取的一项切实减轻农民负担的政策，它适应了农村生产力发展的要求，取得了好的成效。但实施过程中遇到了一些问题。针对这些问题产生的原因进行了深入分析，并提出相关的解决思路与办法。

| Abstract: | The tax-fee reform, which is a policy adopted by Chinese government to lighten the burden on the peasants practically, is suitable to the requireme nts of the development of rural productivity and has got good results. However i n the course of its practice there are some problems. We should make deep analys is on the causes of these problems and puts forward relevant solving ideas and m ethods. |
