齿轮齿条钻机起升系统多体动力学建模与分析

摘    要:齿轮齿条钻机可以利用齿条齿轮技术带动顶部驱动装置直接起下钻具,是目前国内较为先进的新型石油钻机。建立了井架的等效模型和起升系统的等效模型,利用能量法,建立拉格朗日方程,对齿轮齿条钻机的起升系统进行多体动力学分析。利用ADAMS建立虚拟样机,对数学模型的分析结果进行验证。由于井架刚度很大,研究齿轮齿条钻机起升系统的动力学特性时,可忽略其柔性的影响。考虑钻柱运动所受阻尼作用,开钻初始时刻钻头有较为明显的振动,但不影响向下钻进的速度,且逐渐趋于平稳钻进。

Abstract:The gear and rack drilling rig is developed according to the theory that the engagement of rack and pinion drives the top drive up and down, thus drilling operations are achieved. During the research, the equivalent model of derrick and lifting system are developed, and the Multi-body dynamics was made by energy conservation method. And the top drive drilling system virtual prototyping system which can reflect the locomotion characteristics was developed by Adams, and prove the similar results. The research shows the deformation of top drive is insignificant and the flexibility can be neglected during the research of the motion of lifting system. Due to damping effect, the drillbit need a while to stop its vibration, but the vibration makes no difference in its drilling speed. The conclusions can provide the basic theory for design, develop, assessment and prediction of lifting system in the gear and rack drilling rig.
