摘    要:摘 要: 常规气井压井作业,压井液污染堵塞地层,气井产能损失大。不压井作业技术是通过使用油管堵塞工具对井下管柱进行内封堵,在确保管柱封堵有效的前提下,利用防喷器组来控制油套环形空间的压力,然后依靠不压井作业机的液压举升系统和卡瓦系统,进行带压起下管柱等井下作业。由于不使用压井液,不会对地层造成污染。本文介绍了不压井作业设备的结构、工作原理、基本作业程序,并以庆深气田徐深1-1井为例,分析了高压气井不压井作业的施工要点和关键技术,提出了相应对策。本次作业使该井增产效果显著,对同类高压气井增产具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Abstract: Killing fluid pollutes and blocks reservoirs, which makes deliverability decrease severely in routine killing operation. By using tubing plugging tools to block off tubing effectively and BOPs to control casing tubing annulus pressure, Snubbing technology uses hydraulic lifting system and slip system of snubbing units to POOH and RIH tubings or carry on other workover operations under pressure. Snubbing technology does not use killing fluid, so it can not pollute reservoirs. This paper introduces the construction and operating principle of snubbing unit and basic snubbing operation procedures. By the case of well xushen 1-1 in Qingshen gas field, it analyzed the snubbing difficulties and the key techniquin in high pressure gas well and gave corresponding plans. This snubbing operation has a very good effect on enhancing gas production which can be used for reference to enhance gas production in other high pressure gas wells.
