| 摘 要： | 基于信息—熵理论证明在样本足够大的条件下，抽样信息量的平均值近似服从正态分布；并应用该结论提出一种检验信息质量的方法，进一步研究先验信息和后验信息的可信度问题，提高决策人甄剐信息和做出正确决策的能力。

| Abstract: | This paper used entropy theory to reach a conclusion that under the condition of enough large samples, the average empirical information amount is approximate normal distribution; using this conclusion, the authors presented a method to test the quality of information, and analyzed the credibility of prior and posterior information. As a result, it can improve the capability of decision makers to select right information. |
