摘    要:本文研究大系统分解协调法用于大型水火电力系统的短期经济调度。算法采用实用的系统数学模型,考虑了水电厂上、下游水位的变化,梯级水电厂间的水流时间延迟和电网的输电损失等。并用对偶分解法得到多级的计算结构。文中讨论了各级采用的计算方法,介绍了枯水期水电厂多次停机时问题的解法。用本法编制了一个肩梯级水电厂的大型电力系统优化调度程序,目前已被国内一大型电力系统所采用。

Abstract:The paper deals with the decomposition and coordination methods for the economic short-term scheduling of large hydro-thermal power systems. In the model studied, water level variations in up-stream as well as in down-stream of hydroelectric plants, water transport time delays between cascaded hydro-plants and the transmission loss in power networks are considered. Using duality decomposition technique a hierarchical calculation structure is obtained. The algorithm for each level is discussed, and a method for solving the problem for interruptions of hydro-plants in dry season is proposed. By using the algorithm an optimal dispatch program for large power systems including cascaded hydro-plants was developed and adopted for an actual power system in our country.
