| 摘 要： | 以企业利益相关者理论为基础,在确定企业核心利益相关者的分类体系过程中运用AHP对不同利益相关者相关属性的权重进行了综合排序,同时,利用决策支持软件包Expert Choice for Groups结合案例对某企业的利益相关者的分类体系进行了综合评价,为利益相关者理论研究与实践在方法上开创了新思路.

| Abstract: | This paper synthesizes and sorts the weight of the relevant attributes of the different stakeholders by using AHP in the course of confirming the categorized system of the key stakeholders based on the stakeholder theory of the enterprise.Meanwhile,the article utilizes software package of decision supportExpert Choice for Groups to combine the case to carry on comprehensive appraisal to the categorized system of the stakeholders of one enterprise,and makes the innovative thinking on the research approach in theoretical research and practice of the stakeholder theory. |
