| Abstract: | From the beginning of analyzing the basic concept of citizen participation, this paper status to citizen participation in Dezhou City as the research object, the creation of a harmonious society for the Perspective,combined with the level of economic development in Dezhou City and civic life of the traditional cultural background and objective analysed the citizen participation in the process of Dezhou problems and the characteristics of the three elements, realistically proposed countermeasures of citizen participation in urban governance and recommendations. |
