| 摘 要： | 通过ＩｎｔｅｒｎｅｔＰｒｏｔｏｃｏｌ（以下简称ＩＰ）电话与传统电话网络的互通模型，论述ＩＰ电话技术低运营成本和高级钦样性服务两方面的优势，以及与传统电话技术相比存在服务质量、网络接入和兼容性差等的不足。
