摘    要:以芦荟茎为材料,经消毒后,接种晃同的培养基上,材料经初代培养,继代培养和生根培养,最后形成再生植株,可以发现,培养基不同,芽的分化率有显著不同,结果以MS+6BA2+NAA0.2组合的培养基效果最好。

Abstract:Taken the tender stem of aloe as material, it was inoculated in four different culture medium after sterilization. After the first generation, the succeeding generation and root taking phrase, the regenerating phrase, the regenerating phants were cultured. The results shows that different medium had different effects on the differentiation rate, and the medium which consists of MS, 6BA 2 and NAA 0.2 had the best effects.
