摘    要:以烟草K326无菌苗为材料,成功地将烟草叶肉原生质体培养出再生植株.并同时就烟草叶肉原生质体的酶解条件、培养方法及培养基中的激素组成等因素对植株再生的影响进行了研究和探索.

Abstract:Whole plants from tobacco mesophyll protoplasts were obtained by using K326 leaf material.Some factors affecting plant regeneration were also studied such as the conditions and methods of tobacco mesophyll protoplast isolation and callus differentiation.
