| 摘 要： | 在追溯可持续发展指标体系研究成果的基础上，指出目前指标体系研究中存在的主要问题；从系统功能视角出发，对区域可持续发展指标体系进行了设计；通过影响力分析和独立性分析对设定的指标体系进行了有效处理；结合河南省资源环境等实际发展，设计出包括71个指标的完整体系，经过有效处理得出29个有效指标．利用改进的层次分析法，对河南省可持续发展能力进行了评估。

| Abstract: | The paper, on the basis of the present situation, first points out the existing problems of index system of regional sustainable development, then designs its index system from system function and takes an effective dispose by using influence power main ingredient and independence analysis. At last, combining the development situation of Henan province in 1990s, the author designs concrete index system of regional sustainable development and obtains an effective index system after sifting. By means of the improved AHP method, the paper has taken a quantitative analysis of the capacity of Henan's sustainable development, and then finds out its capacity has been gradually strengthened with fluctuation to a certain degree. |
