膨化食品中铝含量的测定与研究

摘    要:用铬天青-S分光光度法测定膨化食品中的铝含量,利用三价铝离子在乙二胺-盐酸缓冲溶液中与铬天青-S及溴化十六烷基三甲基铵反应生成绿色三元络合物在610 nm处测其吸光度,利用标准曲线方程计算出其含量.结果发现:样品中87.5%符合标准,品牌膨化食品铝含量较低,不合格产品为散装的膨化食品.

Abstract:The experiment determined the aluminum content in puffed food with the chromium azure-S spectrophotometry ,used the green ternary complex which was produced by the reaction of trivalent aluminum ion with chromium azure-S and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide in the ethylenediamine hydrochloric acid buffer solution to measure its absorbance in 610 nm place , and calculated its content by a standard curve equation .The results show that 87 .5% samples meet a criterion ,the puffed food with brands has low content of aluminum ,off-test products are those puffed food loose .
