| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、专家访谈等方法，对浙江省休闲体育场所人才专业、技能、学历等需求展开调查、分析与讨论。结果显示：休闲体育场所对人才学历要求较高，以体育院校的体育专业本科生为主；道德素质、知识结构、指导能力成为休闲体育场所主要的录用标准，但不同的休闲体育场所对职业素质和技能的要求各有侧重。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of questionnaire investigation and expert interview ,the talent demand status ,professional composition and talent skill demands of leisure sports venues in Zhejiang are investigated .The results show that generally the education levels of leisure sports talents is relatively high in Zhejiang ,the majority of the leisure sports professionals are the graduates with bachelor degree major in sponts .The recruitment standards of leisure sports talents include their moral quality ,knowledge structure ,guiding ability and so on .Each leisure sports venue emphasizes different skill and demand of professional quality . |
