高校学生评教的SPA评价方法

摘    要:针对学生评教过程中某些影响因素具有不确定性及模糊性的特点,提出利用SPA理论对其进行综合评价.通过实例分析,证明此方法简单有效,克服了以往评价的主观性和不公正性,能合理客观地反映出教师课堂教学的真实水平.同时,评价结果可为教学管理决策提供参考依据.

Abstract:Aiming at some factors with uncertainty and ambiguity in students evaluation of teaching, a comprehensive evaluation was proposed based on SPA theory. Through case studies, the results proved that this method was simple and effective, it could overcome the subjectivity and injustice of evaluation, and could reasonably and objectively reflect the real level of teachers' classroom teaching. At the same time, the evaluation results could provide references for the teaching management decisions.
