胎教与儿童孤独症的相关性研究

研究探讨了孤独症儿童的人口学特征、孕期分娩状况及不同胎教方式的差异及对孤独症谱系障碍（ASD）的影响．选取60名孤独症儿童及60名健康对照，采用孤独症行为检查量表和问卷调查收集信息，并分析人口社会学信息、孕期和分娩危险因素、胎教状况在孤独症儿童和健康对照间的差异．结果表明：孤独症儿童家庭收入相对较低，父亲的文化程度相对较高；孤独症儿童的剖宫产率明显高于健康儿童；从音乐胎教、语言胎教、抚摸胎教和光照胎教来看，健康儿童的胎教开始时间均早于孤独症儿童（P〈0．05）．提示孤独症具有遗传易感性，外部环境如胎教可能会对其发生产生影响，因此要关注孕期胎教，以减少孤独症的发生．

Study on the Relationships between Fetal Education and Childhood Autism

This study investigated the demographic characteristics, the pregnant and childbirth states as well as different fetal education conditions of autistic children to explore the influence factors of autism spectrum disorders （ASD）. A total of 60 cases and controls were selected and evaluated by autism behavior checklist and questionnaires. The demographic characteristics, the pregnant and childbirth danger factors as well as the differences of fetal education between the cases and the controls were analyzed. The results showed that for the children with autism, the family incomes were relatively low, but the cultural degree of father was relatively high, and the cesarean section rate was higher than that of the healthy children. From the fetal education of music, language, touch and lighting, the healthy children started fetal education earlier than the children with autism （P〈0. 05）. The results suggested that autism was genetic susceptibility, the external environment such as fetal education may affect its occurrence. Therefore, it should pay attention to pregnant fetal education to reduce the incidence of autism.
