微水含量微乳化柴油的配制及节能效果

摘    要:研究了以混合非离子表面活性剂和助表面活性剂制备微水含量柴油微乳化液的条件,并测定了微水含量柴油微乳化液的燃烧效果,表明在适当的表面活性剂和助剂条件下,当每升柴油含水在2ml左右时,柴油的燃烧效率可提高约20%。过多的水含量时燃烧效率的提高作用并不明显。

Abstract:The different conditions of preparing diesel oil microemulsion with ti ny water dosage by using blend nonionic surfactants and co-surfactants were stud ied. The combustion efficiency of tiny water dosage diesel oil microemulsion was measured. The results showed that the combustion efficiency of diesel oil could be improved by about 20% when the amount of water incorporated in diesel oil ca me up to about 2ml per liter and that execssive water dosage did not evidently cont ribute to combustion efficiency.
