一种活塞环用钴基高温合金的热处理研究

摘    要:本文研究了不同热处理时效温度和时效时间对一种活塞环用钴基高温合金的抗拉强度、延伸率、硬度及组织的影响。结果表明:随着时效温度的升高,合金的强度和塑性都逐渐增加,在600℃时效合金的抗拉强度达到最大值969.5MPa;合金的硬度则先增大后减小,在650℃时效硬度达到最大值HRC42.8,但此时合金发生明显脆化;随着时效时间的延长,合金的硬度逐渐提高,当时效时间超过120min后,合金的硬度趋于稳定。

Abstract:The effect of aging treatment on the tensile strength,elongation,hardness and microstructure of a cobalt base superalloy used for pistons rings was investigated in this paper.The results show that the tensile strength and elongation of cobalt base superalloy increase as the aging temperature rises,and maximum tensile strength is 969.5MPa when aging at 600℃.With the increased aging temperature,the hardness of cobalt base superalloy firstly increases and then decreases,the maximum hardness is HRC42.8 when aging at 650℃,but cobalt base superalloy obviously becomes brittle.The hardness of cobalt base superalloy increases as the aging time rises,and tends to be stable after aging treatment over 120 minutes.
