图像分析技术在新材料研制中的应用

摘    要:文中阐述了图像分析技术在新材料研制中的应用,具体介绍在塑料磁体、聚氨脂泡沫塑料研制中利用该技术对多相体系中分散相形态进行的定量测量。研究结果不但为研制性能优良的制品提供了实验数据,而且为探讨有关机理提供了有益的理论依据。

Abstract:The paper presented the application of the image analysis technique to the development of new materials. The details were described in the developrnent of magnetic materials and foamed polyurethane plastics through determination of the geometry of dispersed phase in the materials by image analysis. The results obtained in this paper has provided the experimental data for development of new products with well-qualified properties and the theoretical understanding for further mechanism studies concerned.
