论哲学社会科学创新在国家创新体系中的地位和作用——中国全面建设小康社会时期哲学社会科学功能再探

“三个代表”重要思想体系包括江泽民同志所提出的“创新动力论”,以及由此导出的当代中国“国家创新体系”,有力地推动了我国综合国力的提升。我国的国家创新体系不仅面对着大量的自然科技新问题。而且尤其面对着一系列哲学社会科学新问题,亟待创新解决。胡锦涛同志提出十四个“如何”的问题,也代表着国家对哲学社会科学更好发挥创新功能的深情呼唤。继江泽民和胡锦涛多次讲话后,中共中央2004年3号文件的下发进一步表明,当代中国哲学社会科学在解决这些新问题中的创新功能,绝对是不可替代的;它构成了中国创新体系的难以或缺的主导子系统。

On the Role and Functions of Philosophy Social Science Innovation in the National Innovation System--Re-exploring the Function of Philosophy Social Science in Period of the Construction of Overall Wealthy Society in China

The important ideological system of the "Three Represents", including Jiang Zeming's "New Innovation Power" theory, promotes the national comprehensiv e power. The national innovation system faces not only a large number of new nat ural scientific problems, but also a series of new philosophy social scientific problems, which should be solved immediately. The 14 hows by Hu Jintao also mean a call for a new role of philosophy social science in establishment of the nati onal innovation system. Following the speeches by Jiang Zeming and Hu Jintao, th e Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party issued Document 3 of 2004, sh owing the role of modern China's philosophy social science in solving such probl ems as innovation can not be taken the place of. It becomes the sub-leading syst em of the whole Chinese new innovation system.
