| Abstract: | It is an urgent task to promote system construction and mechanism innovation of public culture service in rural areas on the west side of the Straits,and realize the strategy of becoming a powerful province in culture and harmonious west side of the Straits.The essay mainly discusses some factors restricting the mechanism innovation of public culture service in rural areas and puts forward some effective countermeasures. |
